Towny administration changes

Towny assistants are able to become a mayor if the town mayor is inactive for a longer period of time.

Hey everyone,

We have noticed that some mayors have gone inactive recently. This leads to their town being without a leader and without an option to have a leader. We would like to help you out in this case.

If you are an assistant and your mayor has gone inactive for over three weeks (you can check this by typing /resident [mayor nickname] ), you are able to replace his or her position by creating a ticket ( /t c [your message] ). We will investigate the situation and see whether you are allowed to become the mayor of your town.
